  1. If you need instruction in cooking pork, just add it to a slow cooker on low for 8 hours. Add a little water so it doesn’t stick and a bit of salt and pepper and BBQ sauce. I also like to add garlic, onion, paprika.
Make Skillet
  1. Melt oil in pan. Add cabbage, onion, carrots, garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Cover for a bit to steam (optional). It will take about 10 minutes to fully cook. If you like it soft or crunchier, you decide. Add the barbecue sauce (as much or as little as you want to use) and cooked pork. Serve it up.
