Cook Vegetables
  1. Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium. Add sliced cabbage, onions, carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the pan and add 1/4 cup water to help cook (this is not necessary, but I like to do it). Cook this for around 10 minutes or until cabbage is softened to your liking.
Cook Meat
  1. Heat oil in another pan (or use the same one once the cabbage is done). Add minced garlic for about 30 seconds, then add the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until meat is cooked through.
Make Sauce & Stir Fry
  1. Mix the coconut aminos (soy sauce) with rice vinegar and sesame oil and optional gochujang sauce (or any spicier sauce if you wish). Whisk together. Feel free to add more if you need more flavor. Add the meat to the vegetables and top with sauce. Stir fry for about 1 minute at least. Serve!
Recipe Notes

Adjust seasonings and sauces with more or less to your taste. Use any type of stir fry sauce instead. Be creative!
