Put all ingredients for peanut butter balls into a food processor and process until creamy. Make sure you’re able to form a ball with the end result. If too dry, add peanut butter. Dates can be more moist or less depending on the brand. My peanut butter was natural and runnier, therefore the amount of coconut flour was fine. Your peanut butter may be different as well.
Make balls and place them in a pan with parchment paper so they don’t stick later. This will make about 12 balls. Put them in the freezer for about an hour to harden.
