Healthy edible cookie dough without any guilt.

- 2 cups almond flour
- 4 tbsp butter or coconut oil, soft
- 2 tbsp maple syrup can use more if needed
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- chocolate chips or any add-ins
Mix all ingredients together. Add the add-ins last. Roll into balls or eat with a spoon.
Enjoy!
Store these in the fridge. Maybe even the freezer perhaps.

You can put some baking soda in these and bake them and it works. I've baked half and ate half as is. Why not?
