- 1 cup plain greek yogurt regular plain yogurt is fine too
- 1 tsp blackstrap molasses can use regular molasses too
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp vanilla
If you sub molasses for another sweetener, the result will taste good but not like gingerbread.
*Some people like sweeter things, this is not super sweet, so adjust as needed
