Sourdough Pancake Recipe
This sourdough pancake recipe is a melt in your mouth new breakfast treat.

- 2 cups sourdough starter made with a combination of white and wheat
 - 1 large egg
 - 2 tbsp maple syrup
 - 4 tbsp melted butter
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp baking soda
 - 1 tbsp warm water
 
 
Add all ingredients EXCEPT baking soda and water together in a bowl. Add baking soda to 1 tbsp warm water. Preheat the stove with pans to medium heat. Melt coconut oil or butter or your choice of non-stick. I like to use cast iron, it doesn't stick. Add the baking soda/water to the batter and mix. Pour desired size of pancake onto the pan or griddle.
