These ideas are based on my personal opinions with regards to my current knowledge base of health. Health information is so conflicting, abundant, misleading, informative, any adjective you can think of to describe it. Health information is constantly changing day to day. 

I want to make this easy for you to understand. In my eyes, no one is truly right unless scientifically proven wrong. Sciences goes both ways in a lot of conflicting topics, hence the term conflicting. It pleases everybody to some extent. No scientific study is going to tell your body what it needs. only you can determine that and that’s what this is all about. I am healthy without rules. I don’t make restrictions. I follow what works for myself and that’s what I would like you to try as well. 

You will find here information on various topics with much wiggle room and room to debate. There is a lot of middle of the line opinions. There is also a lot of strong feelings one way or the other, for good reason.
