It’s pumpkin season and we should probably stay healthy for winter. Since it’s not entirely cold out yet, a cold smoothie for breakfast is reasonable.

Creamy pumpkin pie smoothie

  1. 1 frozen banana
  2. 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  3. 1 cup coconut milk (any milk will do)
  4. 1 tsp vanilla
  5. 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  6. 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Add ingredients to shopping list

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  1. Feel free to add more milk if you need it thinner, or more spice if that's your thing.
  2. I prefer to not use honey
