It’s pumpkin season and we should probably stay healthy for winter. Since it’s not entirely cold out yet, a cold smoothie for breakfast is reasonable.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup coconut milk (any milk will do)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- Blend all ingredients in a blender.
- Feel free to add more milk if you need it thinner, or more spice if that's your thing.
- I prefer to not use honey
