Ingredient help:
- Chili crunch oil – put this on everything (or at Amazon when back in stock)
- Tortillas – Found cheap at Costco and most stores, but any brand of tortilla is good
- Diamond pan – affordable, safer non-stick pan

Spicy Egg Taco
Chili crunch oil gives this crunchy egg taco a spicy kick
Equipment
- 1 non-stick pan
Ingredients
- 1 tsp butter/oil/cooking spray butter works best
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach optional
- 1 tsp chili crunch oil
- 2 tbsp shredded cheese any variety
- 2 whole eggs or one egg
- 1 small tortilla any
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Heat up a non-stick pan on medium with butter or oil to help extra to not stick
- Add chili crunch, spread out (we are making layers)
- Right away, add shredded cheese
- And right away, add chopped spinach (if using)
- Crack two eggs (or one if you'd like) on top
- Cook until eggs seem mostly cooked, almost to your liking
- Put tortilla on top – spray with cooking spray for extra crunch
- Flip the whole thing over and let cook until tortilla and egg is done how you like
- Top with salt and pepper
