If you don’t have Buy Me a Pie! app installed you’ll see the list with ingredients right after downloading it
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix together coconut, sugar, salt, coconut oil, vanilla, and eggs. Add in the chocolate chips and walnuts. Spoon these onto a cookie sheet into 12 cookies. It is best used on a pan with ridges as you may have an oily mess (but tasty).
Notes
  1. The process is easier if the coconut oil is not melted completely before mixing in.
  2. Best enjoyed cold especially in warmer weather

Benefits: Coconut oil has medium chain triglycerides and good saturated fat which increases HDL levels (good) cholesterol. It has lauric acid for our immune function as well. Coconut oil is just loaded with benefits. Walnuts also have omega-3 fats which are great for brain health. I feel better about using coconut sugar as it is not refined and doesn’t raise blood glucose quite as high as conventional sugar.

Fresh Flavors: Chocolate chip coconut cookies team up coconut oil and walnuts for a healthy fat nutritional overload.
